Singapore is currently facing a threat form the JI member, Mas Selamat Kastari.

Mas Selamat Kastari managed to escape form Whitely Detention Centre while being detained. He asked for permission to use the toilet and escaped. Despite the strong security system, he managed to escape.

Mas Selamat Kastari is classified as a dangerous man as he was in a plan to hijack a plane and crash into Singapore Changi airport, but was stopped in time. And was held in the detention centre which he escaped from. The public was in formed 4 hours after the incident.

The members of the public have been giving out posters of the waned man. There are also pictures of the wanted man without his goatee and him with sunglasses, as he might disguise himself. Yesterday, the government has set up a private investigation team in search of Mas Selamat Kastari.

The terrorist group, Jamaah Islamiyah (JI), wants to put all the Muslims in the world into one country.In 2002, two bombs exploded in two popular nightspots in Bali., Indonesia. The explosions killed about 200 people and injured more than 300 others.
